Hardness: 2 1/2 –3

Chakras: Heart and Crown

Astrological Sign: Libra

Lepidolite is a stone that I always have on hand. It is a stone that I recommend for anyone that is transitioning in life, any and all parts of life. I find it very helpful when things seem to be hectic in my life, and I can’t quite seem to get myself up and on track. Life will inevitably ebb and flow. We need this. It is what keeps us from getting bored, but sometimes it gets to be a little too much. This is when I will simply drop a piece in my pocket knowing and trusting that it will do what I expect it to do and go about my day.

Lepidolite will strengthen the immune system and some use it to relieve allergies and exhaustion. It is an excellent stone for menopause. It is very powerful when assisting with calming and healing of the emotions. Laid directly on the painful areas of the body, it is said to help reduce nerve pain, sciatica, neuralgia, and some joint issues. It may also, like Amethyst, reduce the effects of dependency on alcohol, tobacco, food and other addictions as well.

Lepidolite is said to be calming and quite useful in dealing with depression issues, as well as stress in general. Also known as a stone of acceptance and trust, it is often used to lessen obsessive thoughts, unhappiness, gloominess and to gently raise ones thoughts to a more cheerful place.

Lepidolite releases and reorganizes old behavioral and psychological patterns. It brings them to light so that they may be dealt with and released once they have been recognized. It will assist in allowing and bringing in more calm when dealing with these patterns during this time of recognition. It also allows one to live in a state of trust knowing ultimately all will be well and as it should be.

Encouraging independence and assisting in achieving goals without the help of others, Lepidolite, like Rose Quartz, enhances self-love and optimism with patience and understanding. It is a great stone to use when working with dreams and dream recall.

Lepidolite is known to clear out all of the replaying messages and voices from the past that hold us back from happiness and success. It can shift and raise our energy frequencies to assist in bringing in supportive friends and connections, as well as assist in bringing opportunities for success. It will help any and all living in any stressful situation by helping one to maintain a calm, and serene center.

Again, Lepidolite is a stone that I use frequently, a stone that I recommend frequently. A stone which. if you haven’t added to your “Spiritual Toolbox”, should be included. I think you will find many opportunities for Lepidolite to assist you, not only for yourself, but for the ones that count you as friend.
